Summer is coming – so now is the perfect time to take your workouts outside! We’ve teamed up with Fila and BUF girl Alicia Beveridge for a series of cardio-busting workouts that only require a mat.
Part 2 is an EMOM sesh (Every Minute On The Minute). Aim to complete the below exercises as quick as you can. Say it takes you 40 seconds, you’ll have 20 seconds to rest. If it takes you 55 seconds, you’ll only have 5 seconds to rest! Try and do a minimum of 8 rounds/minutes.
20 x High Knees
15 x Star Jumps
10 x Drop Squats
