A UK study has revealed what night of the week people get their best sleep – and the result is surprising!

The study looked at the heart rates of 5000 men and women and found that while Tuesday night isn’t the longest sleep, it’s the most restorative!

Sure, we all spend more time in bed on Friday and Saturday nights (gotta love those weekend sleep-ins), but it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s good quality.

A mid-week Tuesday sleep is the best because you’re less likely to be affected by stress, alcohol and rich foods – which basically defines our weekends.
