Food photographer and stylist Adeline Waugh has gone ahead and made the magical, pastel toast of your childhood dreams – and her fans have dubbed it unicorn toast. YES.

Her colourful spreads aren’t packed with sugar and food dye either. It’s made of almond milk and cream cheese, and she makes the colour from beet juice, turmeric root and freeze-dried blueberry powder.
