This 5 ingredient, 5 minute recipe is a cinch for those in a pinch for time. Quick and easy, these bliss balls make for the perfect snack on the run! This recipe makes 24 balls. Store in airtight container in the fridge.


  • 12 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup macadamia meal
  • 1-2 tbs maple syrup
  • 2 tbs cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut


  1. Put the dates into a food processor and chop finely.
  2. Add the macadamia meal, maple syrup and cacao powder and mix to combine.
  3. Then form into balls with cool hands and roll into the coconut.
  4. Enjoy!
