Our resident PT and wellness coach, Blake Worrall-Thompson, has put together this speedy ab workout for when you’re running short on time. You can take this sesh to the park – all you need is a yoga mat!

Try 25 seconds of each round with a five second rest in between. Keep moving through the moves until you hit six minutes!
