Summer is finally here (!!!) so now is the best time to get outdoors and workout in the sunshine. We teamed up with Fila and BUF girl, Alicia Beveridge, to bring you this three-part series of speedy circuits to get you feeling fit!

For this sweat sesh, spend 45 seconds on each move with a 15 second rest/transition in between them. Aim to complete 3-4 rounds through for a serious fat-burning workout.

Move 1: Bound forward, quick retreat back + sprawl

Move 2: Squat with alternating punch

Move 3: Switch jump lunge

Move 4: High plank with alternating knee tuck/twist

Move 5: Curtsy lunge to knee drive/hop
