1.Single leg bridges x 10 each leg

2.Single leg bridge extensions x 10 each leg

3.Clams x 10 each leg

4.Clam extensions x 10 each leg

5.Donkey kick x 10 each leg
Try to keep your foot flat, as if you’re stomping the sky

6.Forward-fold leg raise x 10 each leg
Keep your weight through your legs, not your hands.

7.Lunges
Have both feet on your tippy toes.
