HIIT (high intensity interval training) is the perfect way to tone up with short bursts of exercise. This workout by our resident Pilates expert Steph Prem will get you feeling the burn!

Try three rounds with 20 seconds for each exercise. Between each round, rest for 45-60 seconds.

  1. Squats
  1. Skaters
  1. Pliés with alternating heel raises
    If you want a more advanced level, balance on both your tippy toes as you plié. Pulse up and down.
  1. Inchworms
  1. Half burpees
  1. Plank to side plank
