Summer is so close we can feel it! To get you in shape, we’ve teamed up with Fila and Alicia Beveridge from the BUF girls to bring you a three-part workout series.

For this tabata-inspired circuit, spend 20 seconds on the first exercise, followed by a 10 second rest/transition. Do each exercise for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest in between. Aim to complete 6 – 8 rounds!

  1. Push up to plank jack
  2. Squat jump with alternating foot touch
  3. Collapsicles
  4. 180-degree burpee
  5. Lateral touch downs
