Move 1: Elevated hip raise

20 reps

Move 2: Isometric hamstring hold

Hold for 10 seconds on each leg

Move 3: Single-leg deadlift

10 reps per leg

Move 4: Lunge to hop

10 reps per leg

Complete all movements 3 sets through, 3 times per week.
