With spring just around the corner, it gives us the best excuse to get outside in the warm sunshine and do an outdoor workout.

With that in mind, resident WF PT and founder of BUF, Libby Babet, takes us through this speedy workout using just your bodyweight.

“Outdoor workouts have SO many incredible benefits and they challenge your body a lot more too (hint: that means quicker results!). Plan at least a few outdoor workouts each week and experiment with new walk or run trails out in nature on the weekends. There’s no better time of year to hit the mountain tracks, take long walks in the sun, or create your own ‘gym’ in a local park.

“Out of ideas? Try 30 seconds on each of these bodyweight moves, two rounds through!

1. Star jumps

2. Alternating single leg hip raises

3. Push-ups

4. Reverse lunges

5. Plank

6. Forward lunges with rotation

7. Tricep dips

8. Fast squats

9. Burpee with big jumps

10. High knee runs

11. Lunge jumps with push-up after every 6 reps

12. Side plank (15s/side)
