This workout of the day will get your heart racing and it will only take you 12 minutes.

Revie Jane Schulz is the owner of her own Crossfit Box, Crossfit Babes Miami and she’s a certified boss chick. She shared a special workout with us that you can finish in 12 minutes, it will have you lapping up some serious endorphins as a bonus.

Gone are the days you need to spend 45 minutes on a Cross Trainer, it has been scientifically proven to be more effective to perform short bursts of high intensity movements in a workout than slogging it out at a low intensity for hours.

A lot of people don’t have a full hour to dedicate to the gym so I have become a huge fan of AMRAPs (that stands for As Many Rounds As Possible.)

You can do as little as a 12 Minute AMRAP to get your heart rate up, boost your metabolism and get sweaty! Here is an AMRAP designed specially for you from Revie.

12 Minute AMRAP

8 Kettlebell Deadlift

10 Push Ups

12 Dumbbell Lunges

14 Mountain Climbers

Record how many rounds and repetitions you can complete in the 12 minutes.
