Get the best of winter and summer with this one delish coconut-flavoured hot chocolate by Wholesome Patisserie

INGREDIENTS

2 cup Pureharvest Coco Quench
2 tbs cacao
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbs Pureharvest Coco² Original
1 tsp Pureharvest Rice Malt Syrup
3 tbs dark chocolate chips

TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL)

Marshmallows
Cinnamon sticks
Coconut flakes 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a medium-sized saucepan over high heat, bring milk, cocoa and cinnamon to a boil. Whisk occasionally – this will make it frothy.
2. Once steam is coming off the mixture, add CoCo2, syrup and chocolate drops, whisk until completely melted through. And bring to a simmer, then remove from heat.
3. Top hot chocolate with marshmallows, cinnamon sticks and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
