Rachael Finch adds to her CV (again!)
Remember how we recently said working out with your BFF’s was the best? Well, now you can do it with some help from the one and only, Rachael Finch. (What can’t she do?!)
The mama of two has just added to her ever expanded her CV by launching a new online health, fitness and lifestyle program, BODY By Finch.

“It’s no secret that my greatest passion is health and wellbeing. It’s my focus, and it is something that I honestly believe has been life changing for my family and me. Launching BODY By Finch and being able to share my expertise, my knowledge and my experience with the world is an absolute dream,” says Rachael.
The program consists of workouts, meditation and mindfulness tools, hacks from Rachael about everything from skin, beauty, and motivation and our favourite part – 24/7 support from a community of nutritionists, psychologists and the leading lady herself.
Dinner idea for tonight. Chicken, Fennel + Apple Salad. ¼ cup white quinoa, rinsed 1 cup stock S+P, to taste 300g chicken breast 1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced 1 medium fennel bulb, sliced using a vegetable peeler 1 stick celery, thinly chopped ¼ bunch mint leaves 2 tbs flaked almonds, toasted Dressing 2 tsp olive oil Juice of ¼ lemon 1 tsp Dijon mustard Do this: 1. Place quinoa, 1/2 cup water and pinch of salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer, covered for 15 mins or until cooked. 2. Place almonds in medium saucepan over medium heat & toast for few mins. Remove & set aside. 3. Place stock, 1 cup water, chicken, salt and pepper into same saucepan, place over high heat & bring to boil. Cover and lower heat, simmer for 5 mins. Remove from heat and allow chicken to cool in stock. 4. Once chicken has cooled, using a fork shred the chicken. 5. Mix dressing ingredients 6. Place chicken, apple, fennel, celery and mint in a large bowl, add dressing and toss to combine. ENJOY! 🙌 @jescoxnutritionist
So what’s her inspiration behind the program? “I know what it’s like to be continually ‘on the go’ and juggling everything life has to offer. I have personally curated each element of my program to ensure that it is inclusive of everything you need to support the body, balance the mind and calm the soul. It is with the hope that by doing my program, you too can fill your life with energy, happiness, and love!”
