Want your breakfast to be tasty, full of nutrients AND be super-quick to make? Yep, such a thing does exist – and you can make it for yourself. We’re talkin’ about Laura Henshaw (AKA our previous cover star) and her go-to acai bowl. Take a look at the recipe below!

Prep 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS
⅓ cup So Good Unsweetened Almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 packet frozen Acai (or 2 tsp Acai powder)
1 handful baby spinach
½ cup frozen blueberries
4 ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds or until all ingredients are combined and mixture is creamy and smooth. If too dry, add some extra So Good Unsweetened Almond milk.
  3. Top with your favourite healthy granola or muesli and fresh fruit.
