Here’s how to make Laura Henshaw’s fave acai bowl
Want your breakfast to be tasty, full of nutrients AND be super-quick to make? Yep, such a thing does exist – and you can make it for yourself. We’re talkin’ about Laura Henshaw (AKA our previous cover star) and her go-to acai bowl. Take a look at the recipe below!
Prep 5 minutes
⅓ cup So Good Unsweetened Almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 packet frozen Acai (or 2 tsp Acai powder)
1 handful baby spinach
½ cup frozen blueberries
4 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high for 30-60 seconds or until all ingredients are combined and mixture is creamy and smooth. If too dry, add some extra So Good Unsweetened Almond milk.
- Top with your favourite healthy granola or muesli and fresh fruit.
