“If you’re going to be running down the beach in your bikini, don’t skip leg day,” says Woods. “Make sure you work your whole body, especially your legs, by completing full-body workouts three times a week. You don’t even need to go to a gym – there are so many exercises you can do that require nothing but body weight. Ramps, stairs and soft sand running are great options to tone those pins.”

Walking Lunge (30 seconds)

Pulsing squats (60 seconds)

Squat Jump (30 reps)

Power Push ups (10 reps each top and bottom)
