Wanna make an Insta-worthy smoothie bowl for brekkie that tastes as good as it looks? The Farm Wholefoods has this epic recipe so you can give it a go. If you’d rather let the pros do it, head to one of their Sydney cafes in Potts Point or Neutral Bay.

INGREDIENTS
1 large frozen banana (chopped into chunks)
1 large frozen mango cheek (chopped into quarters)
100g frozen pitaya
75-100ml coconut water
2 tbsp buckinis (or other muesli)
1 strawberry
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp passionfruit
1 mint sprig

METHOD

  1. Place the mango, banana & pitaya in a blender.
  2. Add in the coconut water, starting with 75ml and adding more as required.
  3. Blend until thick & smooth – like a sorbet consistency.
  4. Place into a bowl.
  5. Decorate with toppings as above.
