Cranberry and cinnamon muesli
Want your brekkie to be easy, quick, nutritious and delicious? Tim Robards has just the thing with this cranberry and cinnamon muesli recipe. You can prep the muesli in advance if you’re on the go, and add yogurt and fruit. Done!
1 cup rolled oats
1½ tbs sun flower seeds
1½ tbs pumpkin seeds
¼ cup natural almonds and walnuts, roughly chopped
¼ cup cranberries, roughly chopped
¼ cup coconut flakes
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Greek-style yoghurt and fresh fruit, to serve
1. Combine the oats, seeds, nuts, cranberries, coconut flakes and cinnamon in a large bowl. The muesli will keep in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Makes about 2 cups.
2. Serve ⅓ cup muesli with 100g Greek-style yoghurt and fresh berries or seasonal fruit.
