We always thought a week in the life of a fit bikini model like Hannah Saul would be all work and no play. Hannah took us through an average week in her life and while she takes staying active very seriously, she’s just a normal chick who does brunch, has a few drinks and fits in a rushed workout every now and then before a busy day.

MONDAY

I like to do 2 sessions on a Monday as I find that it is a great way to set up my week.

I usually do interval sprint training on Monday morning and I will do a strength session in the afternoon using my app HANxFIT. As it has been getting warmer, I have been doing a lot of my strength sessions in the park using just body weight.

TUESDAY

This morning I had a shoot that started at 7am so I woke up and did a quick 20 minute circuit before getting ready. I did 2 rounds of my body weight workout from my app. It definitely woke me up!

In the afternoon I went for a coastal walk to unwind from my day.

WEDNESDAY

I woke up and did a 10 km run this morning.

In the afternoon I went for a green juice and a walk with a friend in the park and in the evening I did a leg session with my resistance band while I was watching TV.

THURSDAY

Today I did Pilates in the morning. I have an awesome teacher in Bondi Junction who I have been going to for a few years now.

I finished the day with another workout from my app in the gym.

FRIDAY

Friday I didn’t start work until a little later in the day so I did a 10 KM run in the morning and I stopped about every 3 KM to do a quick circuit on the way.

My first circuit consisted of push ups and mountain climbers off a park bench. The second circuit consisted of squats and dips off a bench and the third circuit consisted of bench jumps and push ups on the ground. It was tough!

SATURDAY

I had a brunch date with the girls today so I went for a big walk around the Botanical Gardens when I was done. Then I did a Body Step class at the local gym in the afternoon before going out for a nice dinner and some drinks.

SUNDAY

Sunday is my day off so a long walk and a big breakfast in the sun!

  • Lie on your back with knees bent and both feet flat on the floor.
  • Brace your abs and drive hips upwards till you reach a fully extended position.
  • Pause at the top, then lower your hips almost back to the floor. Repeat.

  • Lie on your back on exercise mat
  • Raise both feet from floor, with one knee in and one leg outstretched
  • Place fingertips on temples
  • Raise upper torso from ground and bring opposite elbow to opposite knee
  • Lower and repeat all on one side only
